The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Be impeccable with your word.

This agreement I find easier to do. Basically it means that when you say You will do something, be somewhere, or set a time to do it. That the person You are making this agreement with, can take what You say, to be true. To be able to rely on it. Because You have proven that you are impeccable with your word, by keeping it!!! It is so simple compared to the two I wrote about before, yet I find a lot people failing it. This is when I have to remind myself not to take it personally or make assumptions. Another persons inability to be impeccable with their word has nothing to do with someone else.
