I have been planning to go to a yoga class at 11:30, one I have been to a few times, but don’t do on a regular basis, since other things always seem to come up. Like the bed is to cozy, I feel lazy, breakfast with friends, going to Tijuana, shopping, and on and on and on… I want/need to make taking care of myself a priority, and that means carving out times that I do the things I want and that are good/beneficial for me. I know I would benefit a lot from yoga, yet I put it on the back burner. I never regret going, only not going, so that in itself is a clear sign. You would think… Thankful, Grateful and Blessed!
