Personally, the ways I show myself love are:
I shower with intention, thinking of how lucky I am to have such a wonderful body, that is healthy and strong. I then end it with lathering up my skin with lotion thinking and feeling the same things.
I nurture myself with vegetables and balanced meals, and drink lots water.
I exercise regularly. (Even when I don’t feel like it)
I seek to be better, by reading, learning, praying, meditating, listening to my inner voice and acting on it.
I allow myself to be honest about my feelings, speaking my truth, no matter how uncomfortable that might feel at the time, it always feels great afterwards.
I forgive myself.
I forgive others.
I love and allow my emotions to flow.
I write this blog!
