Of all the therapist I have seen, and the words, questions and opinions they have given me. One questions was one that stands out the most, in the regards that I ask myself this question often, at it was “What do you feel?” in the moment of individual things happening in your life or around certain people. I stop myself often especially when I feel I am at a cross roads, I ask myself “what do you feel?” How often do we stop and think that? Ever?
It makes me slow down and take the time, to really search inwards to find the answer. An answer that sometimes takes a lot of introspective thinking to find.
