Again my dear friend scheduled and made this reading of my energy and past lives, a reality. She knows what this means to me and how much I appreciate and get out of the experience.

I had no idea what to expect from the reading or what my experience would be. This is how it went, Before starting she was not sure if she would be able to see any of my past lives, but would try, then I was asked to lay down and keep my eyes closed, while she did her thing, I could feel her moving my energy from time to time, and other times I felt I was having an internal struggle with myself to keep my eyes closed.

As I laid there I tried really hard to keep my mind open, clearing any thoughts that would arise, and being open to the process, much like meditation.  At a certain point I saw a bright white flash of light, I still have no idea what that was… the reading ended soon after that.

When she was done, we sat down for her to tell me what she had seen and felt. No surprise when she spoke of the relationship with my Mother, her intentions for incarnating with me (again) to teach me some very painful lessons, for me to learn to love her, be vulnerable and allow intimacy, not be so guarded with others and myself.

Those of you who know me, know this is a challenging lesson for me.

Thankful, Grateful and Blessed!
