It’s the not knowing

5

My mother was adopted, which I think is awesome, as she would say, her Parents really chose her as opposed to have to deal with the fact you got pregnant, now deal with it!

BUT!!! Even though I am not the one who was adopted, I have a void of not knowing, where my ancestors came from?  What kind of people am I descendant of? Are we all tall? skinny? fat? diseases? mental health? so many unanswered questions. Unfortunately, I will live the rest of this lifetime not knowing. My mother was adopted on the grey market, no papers, no history, no paper trail.

I am so curious by nature, so this is especially difficult for Me. A lesson I am sure. The wondering of my lineage, biology, medical history, background, ancestry, genealogy…

Thankful, Grateful & Blessed!
