I recently heard that 4 million people plan to do “Dry January”, which makes sense if you think about it, since most people indulge over the holidays.
So, I have decided I will be joining in and doing “Dry January”. I am looking forward to seeing possible changes in my weight, my skin, my mood and my overall well being.
It will all start on January 1st, 2019. This is a commitment to myself, for myself!
