It brings tears to my eyes, to realize at times, how much I doubt my worthiness, yet I am sure I am not the only one who experiences this feeling.
As soon as these thoughts or feelings creep into my mind, I make the effort to recognize them, and address them by stopping myself from self pity and reassuring myself that I am worthy with positive thoughts to derail the negative.
The other thing I try to remember is to forgive myself for having the thought in the first place. I am only human after all!
