A stifled leader

Being a stifled leader is one of the worst things I can feel.

The feeling of being impotent to make changes and cause effect. The powerlessness of not being able to move forward in the direction I feel is best, because the person “in charge” is a hesitant insecure person.

I believe myself to be a natural born leader. I am first in birth order, and I am used to lead and being followed, not the other way around.

This can be both a blessing and a curse. As much as I make an effort to “fall back” it is something that challenges me to this day.
