My life has not been a bed of roses, more like a bed of thorns, I have done my best to be proactive in my healing and understanding of the scars and traumas I deal with daily. I am 100% supportive of the efforts to bring behavioral health to the community and make it more accessible for everyone who wants it and most importantly needs it.
I feel that my mission or calling in this lifetime is to help others. I believe myself strong enough to face and conquer the obstacles I have faced, I think it is important to reach out to those who are struggling, those who don’t have the strength to do it alone.
My challenges and struggles might not look like yours, or appear daily, they are still very present.
I don’t believe in mistakes or accidents, in which case there is meaning to all the experiences that have marked my soul. I long to reach to those less fortunate to help them overcome their demons, or at least not give up trying.
My healing is the most important thing to me, and helping others is in close second. I pray that god shows me the way I can be most of service, I long to bring those broken souls hope and healing as I am finding my own.
Life is so good, and it can also be torturous depending on your state of mind. If you struggle with mental illness, then you know more than anyone, how such a wonderful time to be alive can also be a living hell.
Please reach out to someone for help, even if that person doesn’t help or know how to, ask, ask, and ask again. You will find the right person eventually who can save You from yourself. You are worth it. You are the only hero you need. Take back your life, by making the changes you’re here to make, and if you can make someone else’s life better in the process, all the better!
