I had written before about the effect and feelings I have in regards to music, and how much it affects my mood. Then I stumbled onto this article in the ADHD magazine BY ANNI LAYNE RODGERS

When it takes you as long as it did me, to be validated, it is a really nice aha moment, when I am. It makes me realize that I really do know myself, even when I didn’t realize it.
Music really is therapy!
