Affirmations for this time…

 If you are feeling vulnerable about your health, I would highly recommend you say these affirmations several times a day until you feel stronger about your health.
Otherwise these affirmations are best said morning and night each day throughout the current health situation and beyond.
A tip; they’re more powerful if you say them mentally:
‘I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.’
‘I am well. I am well. I am well.’ 
‘I am healthy, I am healthy, I am healthy.’
‘I am happy, happy, happy.’
‘There is a never-ending supply of pure positive energy that is saturating my body and mind now.’
‘Thank you, thank you, thank you for my perfect health and wellbeing.’
