I made the effort with all this time I have on my hands these days, to write out a “Self Care” list of things I can do, to help keep my spirits up. Here it is:
- Socialize (Zoom, calls, emails, Facetime)
- Reflect on this time, what I feel, what is valuable to me, what I want to do when I am given my freedom back.
- Think and plan for the unknown future
- Eat healthy balanced meals
- Bathe daily
- Keep a clean home
These are just some of my ideas, thoughts and plans. What are yours?
