What does or should self love look like?

I made the effort with all this time I have on my hands these days, to write out a “Self Care” list of things I can do, to help keep my spirits up. Here it is:

  • Exercise
  • Socialize (Zoom, calls, emails, Facetime)
  • Reflect on this time, what I feel, what is valuable to me, what I want to do when I am given my freedom back.
  • Think and plan for the unknown future
  • Meditate/Visualize
  • Eat healthy balanced meals
  • Sleep!
  • Write
  • Hydrate
  • Bathe daily
  • Keep a clean home
  • Yoga
  • Stretch

These are just some of my ideas, thoughts and plans. What are yours?
