20 Ways to Increase your vibration

The good news is that raising your vibrational frequency is not that difficult. Here are 20 ways in which you can increase your vibrational frequency!

Alter Your Diet

Focus on consuming cleaning, high vibrational foods such as:

  • Fresh, ripe fruit and vegetables (preferably local, organic, and in season)
  • Whole, organic grains
  • Organic beans, lentils, and legumes
  • Organic nuts and seeds
  • Spring water from the source
  • Himalayan salt, Celtic Sea salt, or other mineralized salts
  • Herbal tea
  • Green smoothies

Reconnect with Nature
